Appointment was with Diana, but other hairdresser attended, who in the middle of the process appeared to be rather inexperienced and made a lot of mistakes on my hairs. I am ok if experienced person takes over, but not a student and not without my consent, so this was very bizarre. In the end Diana had to come and correct the haircut, when I said it is not cut equally. Also conditioner is for some reason not part of hair washing.. so you need to pay separately. Also bizarre. Not coming back.
