The hair saloon did not have a product to clean the coloration marks on my skin. The epilating pulled off my skin so that I am bruised now. They of course charged the full price.

Very bad experience, I asked for a balayage with golden highlights and my roots became orange. They only solution they gave was to add another toner which is only a temporary solution. So in the end my hair is ruined and they didn’t take any responsibility.
