The employee seemed to lack massage techniques background There was no structure during the session
The overall time was not evenly distributed among the three areas of the body. After the end of the massage I explained to the employee the above concerns and she mentioned that "massages are not the core part of out business".Finally, no proposal for resolution of my complaint was proposed. I sent an email to the manager and they have never replied! Worst experience ever!!
