I came from Antwerp after booking my facial, Upon arrival I was surprised when the person informed there was no booking made and blaming treatwell for this although I received a confirmation via the app. When there I was told to wait as the priority first was another customer who was on the way for a waxing without respecting my booking hour. At the end I just left, will not recommend you this place.
