Straight forward service, experience. The staff didn't speak English well but we managed to communicate through sign language and simple Dutch. Perhaps, they were worried about my first experience in the Sauna they kept the treatment room door open so in case there were any emergencies I could yell for help, I think a panic button would have been a good idea to install. Asides from that minor privacy issue, the full back massage was heavenly. I would go back again just for the massage.
