An unwelcoming start. I arrived 5minutes late and apologized. The esthetician rudely told me that the colouring wouldn’t be possible anymore because of that delay, which I totally understood since time is important. But the way she still unpleasantly proceeded left me in an uncomfortable position during/after the treatment; she kept on implying she didn’t get to do the coloring because of those 5minutes. The customer client relationship could’ve been better.
