The lady was very friendly and the location was nice with some soothing music. However, there were a few issues with the treatment, although the lady herself was very accommodating and lovely. The treatment order was a bit odd: sugaring of the eyebrows first, then the tinting. Everywhere else it has been the other way around, making it easier to see my blonde eyebrows and get all the unwanted hairs off that might be easy to miss otherwise. The lady was also very quick to rub the tint off the eyebrows (her explanation was that she didn't want the tint on the skin), which meant the end result was very fair as well. The sugaring itself was okay, although I was left with slightly thinner eyebrows than I hoped for.
