This was a terrible experience. I believe that a trainee did my manicure. I don’t blame her- I blame her supervisor who clearly saw she was struggling and did very little to help. It was a painful manicure- my cuticles were bleeding. It took over 2 hours. It also looked like a child did it. The nails looked lumpy at the end. I tried to voice my complaints but they were dismissed and I felt uncomfortable continuing to voice my concerns. I just got another manicure and the specialist said my nails were weak and brittle as a result of a bad manicure. Again, I blame this girls supervisors for not monitoring her work or acknowledging my complaints. Lastly, i leave treatwell all the time and this is the first bad review I have ever written in the years of using this. I would not recommend going here if you do not know the right clinician to see.
