Globalement j'ai été agréablement surprise de la qualité du service et je trouve le rapport qualité-prix très correct. Je n'ai pas eu de problème avec ma réservation et on s'est occupé de moi assez rapidement. En plus de faire ma coloration, Mel m'a donné quelques conseils pour mieux entretenir mes cheveux.

I had an appointment with Mel for a keratin straightening treatment. Everything went as expected. It is too early to tell if it payed off yet, but my hair looks great for now. The atmosphere was nice and the service was friendly, so for sure I am considering going back for other treatments. Speaking French was necessary.
