I made a booking for a specific person for manicure and pedicure. For the pedicure I was assigned to the hairdresser and not to the aesthetician.
On top of that, although I had paid online, I had to pay extra three euros for manicure and three euros for pedicure for hybrid nail polish without being notified that it was used and that there will be further charge.
