I gave up on hairdressers in Belgium, until I found Victor. Highly recommend. Also, everyone is very kind and friendly. I found the place by accident, on google, otherwise I would have thought it's only for men. It is not. As someone wrote in the reviews "Allez-y les yeux fermés"
