Is best they take away mascara semi permanent as the service is not valid. I went for that and the service is not available. Better to know it upfront instead of at the place

I went for an arm and legs wax, Julie was lovely but she hurt me while doing the wax. I have entire parts of skin that are damaged on my legs (I have picture to prove it)
