Ladies' Full Head Colouring

I am not happy with my experience in the salon and I am not a needy customer. I came at the time of my appointment & without certain excuse I was waiting at least 30 mins. When I decided to leave the girls asked me to come back later that evening. Unfortunately, it didn't go well. I had planned a gelak removal & the girl literally took my nails off. Removal only by using the electric file (nagelvijl) and without any aceton or preparation, which hurt and took out pieces of my nails, in slices.
