Mon commentaire n’est pas adressé à la professionnelle qui s’est occupée du soin.Elle était impeccable.Sur le comptoir il y avait une pièce pour appuyer les bras.Le comptoir est haut et on ajoute une pièce de 25 centimètres ou plus,c’est qui fait que la position est pas de tout naturel et hyper inconfortable.Pour 30 min de soin, j’ai eu mal au dos,aux épaules et au cou toute la journée.Encore une fois, la professionnelle qui a fait le soin était impeccable et professionnelle. Merci

She was on her phone. One hand was putting wax on my private area, in the other hand was her phone?
She missed a lot of spots as well. I understand that there are some hairs that she can’t get because it was my second time getting a wax, but there were several area’s with long hairs she just missed with wax AND tweezers. I went home and finished the job with my tweezers.
The job was done in under 7 minutes, seems like she wanted to be done quickly to get on her phone again…
