When I booked the cryo session, I was expecting it to be like the last 3 times I did it at different venues: a machine that will pinch, suck your fat and cool to freezing temperatures for about 45 minutes. What I got in turn was a massage with a cooling device that felt very delicate when compared to my past cryolipolysis sessions. I think the venue should name the procedure something else, so newcomers are not mistaken. This being said, it was very relaxing and helped me relieve bloating.
