Ik boekte een luxe manicure van 1 uur om 10.30u. Door familiale omstandigheden bij de salon kon de manicure pas beginnen om 10.55u. Om 11.30u stond ik weer buiten en betaalde hiervoor toch de volle 75 euro. De manicure was bij momenten pijnlijk. En ik heb de uren en dagen nadien veel pijn gehad omdat mijn nagels te kort geknipt en gevijld waren (oké ik vroeg kort, maar ik vroeg geen pijnlijke beschadigingen). Ik werd nochtans vriendelijk ontvangen maar jammer genoeg enkel in het Frans.
