Haircut was fine, more or less what I wanted although it felt quite rushed. I was also left to wait for the hairdresser for quite a while with my hair wet (even though I booked appointment way in advance). Blow-dry was not gentle at all, I felt my hair being pulled too hard. Je suis tres decue. Le shampooing et le sechage a pris double de temps de la coupe... Meme si je veux une coupe simple, je veux que ce soit fait bien. Je pense que c'est pas juste de payer 35 euro pour 5 minute de travail du coiffeur..

This has not been my first visit to Art and Look. When I arrived in Brussels 5 months ago, my co-workers told me it would be hard to find a good hair stylist easily. So it seems to me I chose right from the first moment on: everytime I leave the salon after a haircut I feel so much better than before. Everyone is very nice, they speak a language you speak as well and treat you well.
You stay my first choice.
