I've been going to this salon for some months now, for semi-permanent manicure. It is the best salon I have been to in Brussels, and the result is always perfect, and very professional. The only small disadvantage for me, as an expat, is that not all the staff speaks English, however, we always manage to understand each other, and they are always very kind and professional. The staff are always interested in making your experience as comfortable as possible. Definitely, top rated!

Lou a certainement des mains expertes.
Sont apparues des petites fissures aux talons qui me désolais. Malgré des crèmes variées ou soins pédicures les fissures s'étaient installées.
Comme je connais le salon pour y faire la couleur végétale j'ai essayé la pédicure proposée. Le soin a littéralement transformé mes pieds en pieds de bébé.
Je ne comprends pas comment ces fissures ont totalement disparues! Lou est devenue ma magicienne et je la retrouve tous les mois.

Loved my brushing done by their senior male stylist — one of the best stylists I’ve had since I’ve been in Brussels. Last month, after requesting a specific stylist and being handed off to another stylist at the last minute, I had a very bad experience at Art and Look. I decided to give it another try this month, and I was again given another stylist because the one I requested was out. Understandable, but it would be nice to notify the client. I arrived and was interestingly greeted. After making my concerns known, I started the appointment but DID NOT receive the soin/mask I was supposed to receive. Or if I did, it was left on my hair for only 30 seconds.
The only thing that made up for this visit was the blowdry. I am used to good quality hair straightening, and the senior sylist did NOT disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised by his work!! He was super engaging and attentive to my concerns. I would recommend either him (unfortunate I was in such a weird mood I didn’t catch his name) or Victoria as stylists from this establishment! Also they very nice mint tea :)
