De vriendelijke dame die de behandeling uitvoerde, viel op door haar zachte stem en duidelijke uitleg over elke stap. Wat ik echt waardeerde, was dat ze niet opdringerig was om meteen een volgende afspraak vast te leggen, iets wat tegenwoordig vaak voorkomt. Dit gaf me een geruststellend gevoel en ik kijk er zeker naar uit om terug te keren voor een vervolgbehandeling.
