The advantage of Treatwell’s smart salon management plans is that they include the digital calendar which enables you to manage appointments, organise staff, see client history and more. This is why we do not sync with any other existing management systems. As your exclusive partner we empower you to be as successful as possible.
No, Treatwell offers cloud-based software, so no matter which plan you choose you won’t need to install any software on your computer. You simply need to have internet access to open the link in your favourite browser and enter your login details. This will allow you to access all Treatwell’s features from any device or even multiple devices at once.
Here’s the deal: we only charge a 35% commission on first bookings made by new clients we bring you from the marketplace. Aside from this and your monthly fee, we won’t charge you for your clients. That goes for any bookings made directly with you (including calls, texts, WhatsApps or any clients you add yourself) or through the ‘Book Now’ button on your social media and website.
If you choose to pay for Connect Starter or Advanced, there is a once-off starter fee of 99€.
A small processing fee (2% + VAT) will be applied to a booking ONLY if a client pays you online in advance – which helps reduce no-shows. Why? This is so we can cover the cost of the transaction for you and make sure you stay secure with every booking.
Absolutely! Treatwell is a multi-device software, which means that it can be used on smartphones and tablets (Android or iOS) and computers (Windows or Mac).
Yes, Treatwell allows you to add booking buttons to your Facebook page and your Instagram account. These buttons are directly linked to your Treatwell agenda so your followers can see your availability in real time and book a service in just a few clicks, commission-free! As we said earlier, a small fee applies to pre-paid bookings, just so you know.
Of course, but only the basic data and technical notes. Our customer service team will take care of importing the data from your previous management system into the new Treatwell software plan of your choice.
Once you have picked your plan, you can choose to pay monthly if you may need to end your plan before a year is up. Of course you can pay annually which will be more cost-effective.

The data is and remains the property of your establishment. Treatwell is responsible for processing the data. In accordance with GDPR 679/2016, the establishment authorises Treatwell to process the data. Treatwell Pro or Connect will keep this data without disclosing it to third parties and or using it for other purposes. Even if you cancel your plan, you still own your data.
