Each Treatwell Gift Card carries a digital balance for pampering, redeemable at thousands of salons and wellness venues when you book on treatwell.co.uk or the Treatwell app. Each e-gift card includes a unique 14-digit code - simply enter it at checkout prior to purchase, and the value of the gift card will be deducted from the total order value. No physical card needed, just instant, paperless pampering.
Where can I spend my Gift Card?
You can redeem your Treatwell Gift Card when booking online on treatwell.co.uk or the Treatwell app. Explore our thousands of partner venues and apply your Gift Card as full or part payment on any available service. Want to spread the joy over multiple bookings? Any remaining balance will stay safely in your Treatwell Wallet for future use.
How do I spend my Gift Card?
Simply enter your Gift Card code at checkout. If you don’t already have a Treatwell account, you’ll be prompted to create one, ensuring any unused balance stays in your Treatwell Wallet.

How long is my Gift Card valid for?
Each Treatwell Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. You’ll see the expiry date in the confirmation email. If you’ve added your Gift Card to your Treatwell account, you can check the expiry anytime in the My Wallet section.
When will my Gift Card arrive?

I need to cancel my Gift Card purchase - what should I do?
We offer a 14-day cancellation policy on Gift Cards, as long as they haven’t been added to a Treatwell account. For cancellations or changes, contact us through chat support.
